BLV PVL Calculator

This web-based tool is designed to support standard curve calibration for qPCR instruments using the STRATA-G™ Bovine Leukemia Virus PCR Precision DNA Standards and derive target copy number from Cycle threshold (Ct) values.  

Copy number estimates for Bovine Leukemia Virus (BLV) and β-actin (βA) are used to calculate Proviral load (PVL).
